William Miller has a background in engineering design and development spanning over 20 years, bringing his experience to the wind industry since 1997. Mr. Miller has most recently served as the director of engineering for a new wind turbine design in California.
With a wealth of real world experience informing his design concepts, he has also added his expertise and skill to wind turbine developments including the US Market adaptation of the Tacke design which became GE’s flagship 1.5MW, the Zond 550kW, Enron 750kW, Conergy 900kW, IWP 1.25MW, and the Clipper 2.5MW “Liberty” turbine.
Mr. Miller currently brings his experience to the role of CTO of Nextwind Inc.
